Abstract
In the fast-paced world of business and education, automating mundane administrative tasks has become imperative. This project presents the Emora Assistant Bot, an innovative solution aimed at streamlining tasks such as scheduling appointments, providing feedback, and facilitating communication. Emora leverages an advanced State Transition Dialogue Manager (STDM) and harnesses the power of large language models like GPT-3.5. This collaboration between AI and cutting-edge technology not only revolutionizes administrative tasks but also introduces a novel chatbot evaluation method. We utilize GPT as an automated user simulator to evaluate Emora, paving the way for enhanced chatbot understanding and reshaping everyday business practices.
